I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, but the staff member didn’t seem to know how to check online orders and didn’t even realize mine had been placed. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes while it was made. On top of that, the food was overcooked and the meat came out really tough, which has never happened before.
