Instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I had to drive back home, pick up the entire order, and then come back again just to receive the missing pizza. I also had to explain my situation to three different people. One employee said he did not know why he answered the phone and then hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but forcing the customer to do extra work to fix your mistake is poor service. For the manager who reads this, you know exactly who you are. This situation was handled terribly, and I hope accountability comes from it.

I can not believe this is someone they let run a store . Not professional at all !!!! Will never order from this store again and will be making a corporate call on Ms Latoya.. Not someone that needs to lead anyone . that’s how she trains employees. Disrespectful lady. I was polite and try to ask her to please stop talking I couldn’t get a word in to even explain. She just kept over talking me.
