We had never been there. We only came in for a mini blizzard and a dipped cone. Kenneth was at the counter and was friendly and gave off great vibes. He brought our ice cream promptly and it was great.. sorry I didn't take photos. But the place was clean and we felt welcomed and enjoyed our dessert

I don’t want some auto generated response. You see my Google account you see my email address email me I didn’t get my food and I still haven’t gotten my refund for not picking up my food December 15 after 6 PM. I’m not responding or reaching out via website. I left you a terrible review. You see my email address so reach out to me completely ridiculous another display of terrible management. I see all these auto generated stupid responses. You’re not getting anything done. You’re not making any changes. You will continue to fail. I can’t imagine that you guys are profitable.

We were very disappointed will not go there again. My oder was To go so can't comment on atmosphere. Gave chicken tender to the dog. French fries were cold. I can't find anything good to say about the food

this is a well-deserved one star review it’s December 15 after 6 PM. I placed an online order I go to the restaurant there’s a sign on the door that says they’re closed for some blah blah blah. I don’t even know and I don’t even care to be honest after 6 PM, but there is absolutely nothing about this stated online it let me place my online order and now I have to be refunded and I won’t be getting the things that I was looking forward to. this is a pure display of terrible management. How much of your business is online orders maybe 30%? And you didn’t care to post anything about this online or maybe prevent orders from going through. Horrible management absolutely terrible. I’m expecting something in return for having to deal with this major inconvenience, if I didn’t go to the store prior to tonight to look at the door and read the sign I would have absolutely no idea that I would not be able to place my order except online it let me place the order because of some incompetent management that didn’t stop orders from going through December 15 after 6 PM so thank you for that wouldn’t recommend this place.
