Someone had gone in just before me and I saw them passing a bag back to the employee (a bag they left and came back with) Because they had given him the wrong order and he left and came back. now when I went up to get my food, I saw them pass the same bag that someone else had just returned, to me, and I asked them is this the bag that man just brought back and they lied to my face and said no instead of making me fresh food.

This experience reflects poor customer service, especially considering the Chipotle Lane is intended to be a convenient option. If possible, I would give this location zero stars.
