They have a system that works from the greeting to eating good food just as ordered and everything in between. It amazes me how many different locations you can visit and they just don’t miss a beat, whereas “competing” franchises struggle to provide anything close to what you’re looking for. This is a culture… a way of doing things that is engrained in each employee, bottom to the top, and it shows. Thank you for being a class act in an otherwise disappointing time in life.

I eat here often and I'm not used to this kind of breakfast, very disappointed. When I did discuss this with the manager before leaving she literally gave me the " deer in the headlights look" and said nothing including no apology...

I hope this doesn’t happen again. I love that salad and I buy at least once a week
