  I've never been a fan of ordering your food first and then sitting, but we had been to the Kyle site and knew the set up. I ordered a garlic butter ultimate boil and it was still way too spicy to eat. It was overcooked and the crawfish, shrimp, and crab were all hard to get out of the shells. After we ate half of our fried mushrooms and we pulled out one that had a long hair fried into it and 2 other mushrooms. Server offered a new one, but really wasn't that concerned or apologetic. Food came out randomly so several people had to wait for meals. We had to flag down our waitress multiple times for refills and other items. Alcoholic drinks were strong though. Overall I wouldn't return to this location. Food quality was poor. We ordered a burbon bread pudding to go. It was like jelly and the sauce was straight alcohol. We ended up throwing it away. Total spent for a party of 8 was $300.

  Shoutout to Luke for the 10/10 service! He was such a sweetheart and had our orders out in record time. He really leaned into the fun with our table and made the whole night so much better. He’s officially the highlight of our visit. Absolute legend!

  I decided to revisit this restaurant where I had first met my ex wife. Obviously I was feeling down. But then my waiter, Luke, he came up to me with the biggest smile and charming personality. He cared for me and took my order, kept checking up on me when he had the chance. It didn’t take long until my day got better, all because of Mr. Luke. Not to mention the food was great! Next time I come here I want Luke being my waiter again.

  My server Luke provided great service. That diva had the food out pronto and queened out with my table the whole visit. He was such a doll, the girls and I even invited him along to our pedicure date next week! Keep up the good work, Willie’s!

  Previously I visited a different location and had a horrible experience. The manager was nice and refunded my expenses so we decided to try again at a different location because maybe it was just that location and not the entire chain. LUKE was Wonderful.... He was our server and we had a much better experience dining in New Braunfels. The food was better and they were very cautious with my daughter's food allergy. Working in restaurant management I can say that overall this location has a great team.... Between the cashiers, the food runners, the servers, and the kitchen staff y'all are doing a great job and I appreciate your hospitality and ability to work as a team!! We will be back.....
