  I had a frustrating experience at this location. If it wasn’t for John, who was professional and kind, I wouldn’t even give this place 3 stars. I ordered two meals at the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward. After waiting quite a while, the employee brought out the food but forgot the drinks—I had to remind her as she was walking away. When she returned, she brought three drinks. I explained I only ordered two meals, but she insisted I had ordered three. There was clearly a miscommunication. She told me I couldn’t get a refund back on my card and that it could only be done in cash. She then handed me $4, which didn’t match the actual price difference. I went inside to clarify, and that’s when things became more frustrating. When I questioned the amount, she argued about it and insisted it was correct instead of resolving the issue. I even offered to return the extra burger, but she remained dismissive and continued to argue rather than help. I asked for a supervisor and overheard unprofessional comments from the back. Thankfully, John stepped in and handled everything properly. He listened, stayed professional, and made things right by issuing the correct refund to my card—something I had been told couldn’t be done—and addressing the situation respectfully. John’s service made a big difference, but the overall experience with the initial employee was disappointing and needs improvement.

  I don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be better but man, they cannot find good. Help to save their life and the guy who is on duty managing. Find a new job bro because Management is definitely not your strong suit. The customer service by your drive-through service lady was absolutely terrible. Like could you be any more miserable? Go find something else to do if you hate it here so much. good grief y’all might as well just close this place down. I’m pretty sure this will be the last time I stop at this Wendy’s. And maybe pay attention to your ratings cause they are crashing

  Got my order wrong, gave me an undercooked chicken sandwich (to which when I asked to take picked off they failed to do so), and gave me a Dave's single with uncooked cheese and a borderline raw patty.

  Hands down the best Wendy's around. I went to five different Wendy's tonight. To just get a large chocolate frosty and fries. If you know, if you know and every single one of them said that their frosty machine was down. I even stopped by a water burger to try to substitute frosty and fries, and they set their shake machine was down. I stopped at this one in new Brussels. I'll loop 337. And not only did they only have three people working, but they happily. Sold me a frosty in the biggest cup that they could find in their restaurant and a large order of fries that were perfectly crisp, delicious, fresh and hot and went so well with my mumbo jumbo chocolate frosty I did not get the girl's name at the window, but I thank you so much.These people at this wendy's, are accommodating. Even when they are short staff every other Wendy's refused because, you know, they don't want to clean the Dang machine even though there was still hours left before their restaurant close for this reason. I will only go to this Wendy's. From now on for my chocolate, frosty fix with fries.
