Overall great experience. The different modes on the golfing was a lot of fun. I especially liked the angry birds game. The we ordered three appetizers (donut holes, pretzel bits, nachos) and they ranged from sub par to so so. The drinks were fantastic. The shots were served impressively cold. The service was prompt and polite.
Fun family or friends place to go even if you are not a golfer or good at hitting the ball. A computer tracks your balls on screens which are integrated into games you can play. They also have good food and drinks.
I took my team to Topgolf for a team-building event and we had a great time! Everything was smooth, fun, and perfect for our group.
A huge shoutout to Peter—he really made the experience. He was attentive, organized, and made sure our team had everything we needed from start to finish. Marco was also great—friendly, helpful, and added to the overall positive vibe.
Highly recommend for any team outing!

State of the art facility. It’s not as big as some other TopGolf locations, but it definitely does the job and we really enjoyed our time there. The service was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The only thing I wish they would have mentioned was the first free hour that I’m entitled to as a new member—I found out about it later, so that would’ve been nice to know upfront and redeem prior to my visit.
Other than that, it’s a great spot and perfect for team bonding outings with coworkers. Would definitely go back.

We visited Topgolf New Braunfels as a group of nine for a family outing with visitors from abroad, and the experience ended up being far more complicated and expensive than expected.
We booked online ahead of time as first-time players, expecting a simple, straightforward visit. What was not clearly presented during checkout is that every individual is required to purchase a separate membership and provide personal information, including phone number and date of birth. While this is mentioned in the confirmation email, it is easy to miss and does not fully explain the time, cost, and data entry required at arrival.
For a large group, this became a major issue. We had to enter each person’s information at check-in, which took a significant amount of time away from our reserved playtime. On top of that, the additional $6 membership fee per person-combined with booking fees and gameplay costs- quickly added up and made the overall experience feel overpriced.
The biggest concern is transparency. For first-time players, this requirement should be clearly flagged during the booking process before payment is made, not buried in follow-up communication. It would allow customers to make an informed decision upfront instead of being surprised at check-in.
We were also required to book two bays due to our group size, which further increased the cost. This may work fine for smaller groups splitting expenses, but for larger families, it becomes significantly more expensive.
Lastly, we were seated on the second floor, and the netting and setup did not feel ideal for younger children. Families with kids may want to be mindful of that.
To be fair, the concept itself is fun, and I can see the appeal for smaller groups. However, for larger families and first-time visitors, the combination of unclear expectations, added fees, and time-consuming setup made this a frustrating experience.
