  this Taco Bell put the fries in my cheesy rollups . I asked them to put them on the side but they put them in the rollups AND then they tried to make me pay again for messing UP MY ORDER ??? my kids starved because of this taco bell .

  They forgot part of my order (cantina qusadilla) and when I went back to the window to fix it, instead of correcting their mistake, they made me drive all the way back around the building back to the speaker and repeat everything again. Completely unnecessary waste of time. When I finally got back to the window, another employee argued with me and insisted the items were in the bag and prove that it was missing. Being treated like I was a liar over their mistake is unacceptable. The store wasn't even busy so there's no excuse for the error or the attitude from the blonde wearing the headset and the lady making my food. If you cant handle a simple order or treat customers with basic respect, something is seriously wrong. Do better!

  I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, but I’ll start with the most important issue. Over a month ago, I placed a mobile order for a group of people. One of the items I received had a hair wrapped inside the burrito, which was extremely unpleasant. The Crunchwrap was poorly made (mostly tortilla), and my sauces were missing. When I called, the manager offered a free taco as compensation. I later went in person to request a refund for the improperly prepared items, but I was told that since it was an online order, I needed to report it through the app. I submitted two separate reports online and selected the option to be contacted, but it has now been over a month with no response and no resolution. This has been very frustrating, and the issue remains unresolved. In addition, this location frequently fails to include sauces that are ordered, often serves very poorly made items (such as extremely thin tacos), and has forgotten items on multiple occasions. I have not complained in the past, but after this experience, I felt it was necessary to speak up.

  Came through the drive thru and ordered a relatively big order. Everything was in there and correct except for 1 (ONE) thing, which was my chicken quesadilla. I went back through and told them it was missing. Lady at the drive thru was very nice, however, the lady from the kitchen came to the window and was so incredibly rude. Over a chicken quesadilla.?? She said "ok well I made the order and packed it. Everything's in there". I was very polite with her and said yeah, except for my quesadilla. She doubled down and continued saying she's the one that made it and everything is DEFINITELY in there. I offered to go through the bag in front of her and she closed the window in my face mid sentence. Absolutely appalled by this employees behavior. Like girl be serious why would I come through after placing a $55 order and lie ABOUT A QUESADILLA??@@ like please be so serious omg.
