    Horrible experience. We actually walked out mid-order. The staff seemed like zombies, and the one in charge was especially rude. Update: I called to talk to a manager and the manager was just as rude. If I was the owner of this place, I would be embarrassed!

    Great Staff, Broken System ​I want to start by giving a massive shout-out to the young man working alone at 5 PM on April 2, 2026. He was drowning in a lobby full of people, yet he stayed professional, kept the prep area clean, and handled frustrated customers with incredible grace. He is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. ​The Management/Corporate Issue: I placed a mobile order at 4:15 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. When I arrived, the order hadn't even been started because the store was severely understaffed and low on stock. I waited 30 minutes in the store just to get my sandwiches. ​The Dealbreaker: I left with a missing item (my mistake for not checking, but I was exhausted after the wait). I have tried calling the store—no one ever picks up. I filed a claim through the Subway app, and they simply marked it "Resolved" without actually refunding me or contacting me. ​It is predatory to charge customers for food they didn’t receive and then "ghost" them when they ask for a refund. I’ve had to escalate this to a bank dispute because the management at this location refuses to address their own errors. ​Message to the Owner: Support your staff and fix your refund process. Your employee is doing his best, but your business practices are unacceptable.

    Went on my lunch break ordering for a bunch of our coworkers, we got there and the guy (wearing a bun with no hair net, didn’t have a badge visible because he was in a jacket) seemed to be in a bad mood never even looked up just “what bread” “what cheese” . We even mentioned if they knew the website was down because we felt bad having to go in and order a bunch of meals, we got no reply. I finally said “are yall having a bad day” and he instantly says “no I thought she was” then proceeded to go on to say “we have a right to refuse service” we had to walk out because that was extremely unprofessional!

    I made a mistake ordering at the wrong location, I called saying I needed to cancel my order because it was my fault I ordered at the wrong location, I ask to cancel my order and the girl who answered got attitude and said they couldn’t cancel the order , I explained I needed a refund because I can’t get my order , she got smart and said I’m not going to deal with , then the manager wanted to get smart with me and I even said I can talk with corporate to get help and all of a sudden it was no no no , let me talk to my supervisor so it’s ok for you to be a smart mouth and rude but if I want to talk about corporate you all of a sudden want to change your attitude, yeah very much unprofessional ….. very rude , very unprofessional, very uncalled for and just shocked of the level of immaturity over asking to cancel a order …if that’s the kind of manager and customer service provided no wonder this stores reviews are low ….. what a excuse for customer service
