  Absolutely love their bread, Always soft! My sandwiches are made with care! Perfect amount of veggies and sauce, hits everytime I take a bite! Also, the cookies are delicious, soft, & sweet, just like all the people in the store, love going to the subway in Bigs!

  Bread is always fresh and hen I go here, they build their sandwiches with pride! Very friendly customer service, and fast and efficient every time! Good job ladies and gentlemen

  Little clerk named Jon needs some, (no a lot) of customer service classes. I would ask that when you hire people make sure they are customer service oriented and not just be able to make sandwiches. Oh and the boy burned himself.

  The guy that was working was absolutely wonderful! He worked at the gas station part but he was helping out the subway part at that moment. He was the one with the red mustache i forgot to ask his name. But he was so nice and patient and even funny. He did a great job on our food and even offered to add things to our sandwiches that i never thought of. The food tasted great. This place is so much better than the subway in startzville which has rude service most of the time as well. And the same order i got was close to half the price i usually pay at the one in startzville. Which i never understood why i was paying between $30-$36 for two sandwiches. So i highly recommend the subway in the bigs gas station!

  I have ordered sandwiches here since they opened a few weeks ago. Each time, my sandwich is made correctly and with consistent portions. The employees they have hired seem to be nice so far. It has been a great experience ordering on the app and picking up my sandwich each time.
