    Worst experience I've ever had with fast food bar none. Terrible customer service, workers working at a snails pace and talking to each other the whole time over making subs. Took an hour to get my mobile order, they need a system to handle the line and mobile orders and more supervision.

    Went in for a mobile order on a time crunch. My gf placed it for me at home. When I arrived, I waited 3-4 minutes while they took care of the people in line. When he asked the name of the order, I told him the full name and phone number. He asked if it was personal or delivery, I said personal. He then asked what the sandwiches were. Dude WHATS next? What kind of phone the order was placed on? Date of birth? I had to call my girlfriend to see what she ordered. Really inconvenient, Subway. I think enough info was provided. Couldn’t finish my sandwich during my break.

    The Service: ​The staff at this location are excellent. My experience with the employees was very positive; they were fast, efficient, and professional throughout the visit. Despite the issues with portioning, the team handled the rush well and provided a high level of service. ​The Issue: "Veggies by the Numbers" ​While the staff is great, there seems to be a very rigid management policy regarding toppings—even for non-perishable, canned items like jalapeños and black olives. ​The Experience: I witnessed a customer request additional jalapeños (and explicitly offer to pay for the extra), only to be told that they were restricted to a specific count (12) and could not add more. ​The Context: The sandwich wasn't overflowing, and the bins were fully stocked. While I understand being mindful of costs on fresh produce like spinach or tomatoes, being this restrictive with low-cost canned items feels unnecessary. ​The Bottom Line: ​With prices for a six-inch sub bordering on luxury levels and meat portions already appearing reduced, these "hard limits" on toppings lead to avoidable customer disappointment. ​Recommendation for Management: The owner should consider adjusting the portioning process for shelf-stable items to allow for higher portioning. I'd suggest allowing customers to pay for "extra" fresh produce which would not only improve the customer experience but would also help the bottom line. ​Overall: I’d definitely go back because the employees are so good, but I hope to see a more flexible approach to portions in the future.
