Even though it was completely our misunderstanding, the manager came over to apologize, and the new dish was brought out beautifully plated with all the garnishes as if it were freshly prepared from the start. I was truly impressed by the level of care and professionalism. As someone who has worked as a waitress in a steakhouse before, I can really appreciate what excellent service looks like. Thank you again to our server Briana and the manager in the red shirt. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the manager’s name, but I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.It was more than just a dining experience.
