  Go here if you want to wait 20 minutes for them to seat you while the lady just stood talking to someone else. Then after being seated and after ordered waitress came back to say they are sorry they haven't made any dough for the garlic knots today yet they ran out absolutely poor service!!!!!! Many other pizza places in town not worth dealing w that crap it's 12 noon how do u not have items ready that are on the menu !

  Love the Pizza at NY Pizza Pub. The counter staff is very friendly and as I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order the cashier offered me a free soda. That is good customer service.

  Impressions: Staff seemed like they would rather be anywhere else, business was slow but tables were left dirty from before we got there till after we left with staff standing around. Pizza was great, everything was very oily/ greasy, garlic knots were in a pool of oil and tasted like the garlic was watered down.

  I will never go back to shop in this place. It is the worst place to pick up an order to take away they never have them ready you are waiting between 40 minutes and 1 hour, the pizzas do not taste good and the attention is ridiculously bad.

  It’s really unfortunate that every time I place an order this place takes a ridiculous amount of time to have the food ready. I really would like to like this place and it’s close to home, but I just can’t.
