Customer service is on an entirely new level of disrespectful, fountain drinks / ice dispenser has been out of service on the left hand machine now for months, ordered a ‘big arch’ and received two burger patties with a slice of cheese between buns - that’s it - no sauce, no toppings, nothing (it was honestly hilarious to see). Save yourself the money, time and respect by going elsewhere. This will be my final visit. Thanks for nothing. For everyone posting “5-stars” you either know the person(s) that work there and are trying to be “cool”, or you are being disingenuous ✌️

They are really slow when I have a 1 year old baby and no is sitting in the car duo to it’s take this long. Y'all gotta be a little faster on yall food and take tilt out. This is unacceptable behavior
- VRVanessa RuffinMar 15, 20261.0The food is never fresh no matter when I come To this location, it is 452 p.m, even if it’s slow it’s too easy to just drop a small portion, I was just handed the oldest fries ever even I could tell they were old, I pulled back around and asked for fries, they literally refried those same fries and returned them to me, at this point I gave up, I really hope they do better one day
