  Today I went to McDonald's for the first time in 20 years. Yes, 20 years. I called prior to leaving my house to make sure they had the promotional items. I drove 10 miles out of the way for the Saja Boys breakfast meal because my closest store was out of the special KPDH boxes. I got home and found no card in my box; instead, they gave me a lunch meal season packet. I was already home, so I called just to get a refund. I had my receipt, but the manager told me I had to come into the store in person and that I couldn't get one over the phone. I quit patronizing McDonald's because of the terrible service, and it appears nothing has changed in 20 years.

  I'm pregnant, and just wanted my double hot fudge ice cream I always get. Hot fudge in the middle and on top. I paid extra to get it, they didn't listen to me. I ask nicely and was patient for them to correctly and they just did a drizzle like im stupid. I drove back in the drive thru, i know it's a small thing but I was in pain and I just started balling it was so frustrating and I explaing what happened to another guy. He said they'll fix it, and when I got to the paying window the girl said to just pull up to the next window and they'll take care of it. I waited there for 15mins, other cars were being helped behind me and I was just sitting there patiently because I understand it's busy but when the worker looked over and saw my car sitting in window two and ignored me and no one was there. I couldn't do it. This was too much, they treated me like I was stupid.

  This is getting bad...every mcdonalds i visit, whether for work or personal, the staff seems lost, uncoordinated, and no one appears to really care at all. People standing around waiting for simple items like 1 ice cream cone, or a drink refill...mcdonalds quality and SOP has truly declined. And they dont seem to care to change it.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I pulled up at 4 AM and the worker on the speaker said they were only serving breakfast. Every other McDonald’s usually starts breakfast around 5 or 6 AM, so that made no sense. All I wanted was some nuggets and they refused to serve them.
