We placed a mobile order at this location at 10:10 p.m. today. Apparently, the store was closed for maintenance, however they continued to accept mobile orders. We arrive and the doors are locked. The “manager” comes to the door and says they can’t refund the $58 they just charged my card. She presumes to tell me that I’ll have to call customer service tomorrow for a refund. What? Why can’t you refund the money I just paid your establishment for food I never received? Theft of service? 🤔

My first time patronizing McDonald's in 20 years, and the service still sucks. I ordered the Saja Boys Breakfast meal, but I wasn't informed that they didn't have all the promotional items at the time. My only reason for spending money at McDonald's after a 20-year boycott was for the KPDH promotional items.
I've visited this McDonald's many times, and it consistently has some of the rudest staff. The manager and employees are disrespectful, seemingly encouraged by the overall hostile atmosphere, as it appears most staff members are rude. The food quality is poor—stale bread, old burgers that taste like they've been sitting out, and reheated fries. Additionally, the drinks are often not filled to the top. I can't understand how they still attract customers, especially since they charge extra for sauces, which is common now but not typically practiced by other McDonald's locations. The one redeeming experience has been at the McDonald's on 1761 State Hwy 46 W, where the atmosphere is friendly, staff are polite, and the food is fresh.
The old looking manager Klitty I mean Kitty was super rude. The supporting staff was kind however the manger needs an attitude adjustment and to be retrained on customer service and hospitality. Bathrooms and lobby was filthy. Fries and were limp and burnt. Speed of service was terrible. Do not eat at this Mcdoanlds there’s one down the road that is much friendlier!!

I wanted to share a positive experience I had. My mobile app was not working and I was having trouble placing my order, which was really frustrating. The manager, Kitty, let me know she wasn’t able to fix the app issue, but she still went above and beyond by comping my meal.
That gesture truly meant a lot to me. Great customer service can turn a stressful moment into a good experience, and she did exactly that. I really appreciate the kindness and understanding that was shown. Thank you for making me feel taken care of ❤️
