- CGCindy Green3 days ago1.0We shopped at this store on 4/23 and bought a large box of HEB Organics baby spinach and baby kale salad with an expiration date of 4/29. We opened the sealed salad on 4/25 and it was totally inedible. It was wilted and mushy and wet. I also noted that there were salads with expiration dates of the 20th already 3 days expired. We have shopped at HEB for years, but have recently noticed that the quality doesn't quite seem as good as it was previously.

Not one bad product, but it appears that EVERY piece of beef must be from the old bull that lost the bull fight in Argentina. Adios HEB.

The checker didn't acknowledge me, she ran the items through and not even looked at me while she was talking to someone else in line. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for he and she leaned over the card reader and started pressing buttons and didn't help move the bags to my cart. There was no one to ask for assistance out to the car. I have my disabled son, 43, and two 40 count waters and a 50 pound bag of dog food and my other items struggling to push my cart out. I haven't shopped here much but where I use to shop there was always someone asking if I needed help to the car. I guess since they don't have much competition they don't feel the need to help. 1
- MCMelissa CrowApr 7, 20263.0I do love to shop at this store and the customer service is 99% of the time above and beyond. The app is super helpful and easy to use. I am wondering when this location will get new shopping carts. I notice the other NB locations have had newer carts for quite a while. Also I am upset that the Toasted Sesame Oil Spray is no longer available at this location and the cookie butter is only in stock for about a day or two every couple of months. Is the Toasted Sesame Oil Spray being discontinued?
