So honestly I am going to preface this with everything was cool. I ordered on the app for delivery for the convince of it. When i got the 3 way bundle or whatever it's called the one with the 15 wings and a large fry. i got the wings, but not the fries. So i called the store just trying to get my fries, i wasn't even upset i have worked in restaurants before and get that humans make mistakes when things are chaotic and busy, no problem no worries. what got me heated, was the attitude the little guy that answered the phone copped when i said i ordered delivery and my fries were missed. Like, how are you going to make a mistake, and then have a bad attitude about it? Especially when your store has a grand total of 3 whole people inside when i show up. God awful human, even worse professionalism. Fix your attitude at work and suck it up or just give up because no one wants to support you, a grown up that can't figure out basic social skills.

To start, I understand Super Bowl Sunday is going to be nuts at any Wing joint. However, wait times is an endemic issue at this location. It is not an isolated incident.
We had set an order the day prior for Super Bowl for pick up at 4:15. I can understand 30 minutes late on order on a day like this. Heck, I could even understand an hour late. However, I was running up on 2 hours late before I decided to just cancel the order. I was NOT alone. They had a stack of cancelled orders when I left. Genuinely, this is unacceptable. Your biggest day of the year and you’re having cancelled orders left and right?
And to be clear, the staff was clueless, they had no system to get things back on track. Initially was told running 30 minutes behind. If you are running 2 hours behind, how are people possibly supposed to account for that when ordering? The staff stated they had a fryer go down… how are you going to not have your equipment ready for, again, your biggest day of sales?
Again, this is just the most recent example of an obscene wait time. There have been other times where we waited an additional 30 minutes or more for a simple 20 piece and some fries.
Some friendly pieces of advice as I’m never returning (coming from a prior line cook) days like this should be prepared for in advance. Have systems set in place to get back on track. GM needs to be fired or reevaluated in their current position. A complete overhaul of training for efficiency. Change those things and you can turn it around

My father placed a DoorDash order a week in advance for today. It was supposed to arrive at six, but it’s now two hours late and still hasn’t arrived. After waiting an hour, we called and were told one of the fryers was broken, which honestly felt a little suspicious. We ended up driving to the store ourselves to see what was going on. They told us the order would take another forty minutes to an hour and never apologized for the delay. When we asked for a refund, they said it had to be approved by their district manager. It’s really disappointing that we spent almost one hundred dollars on food and were still expected to wait even longer and pay for it.
I’ve worked Super Bowl Sundays before, and even though it was hectic, the team I was on communicated clearly, managed the high volume, and kept customers informed. I understand that it was extremely busy this year, but management could have handled the situation much better by updating us sooner, apologizing for the delay, or offering a solution instead of leaving us waiting with no explanation. After this experience, I definitely will not be ordering from this Wingstop anymore

Placed an order at 2:45pm. Order was supposed to be ready at 3:45. I understood they would be backed up for the Super bowl so we called around 3:45and were told it would be another 45 minutes. We got to the restaurant at 4:45 with no answers and waited until 5:40 to be told our order was lost and they would not even accommodate us and push it to the front. The manager only offered a refund and we left with no food after waiting for hours. Terrible customer service especially when people who ordered IN STORE after us got their orders. You’d think they’d have a better way of dealing with the large amount of orders on the day of the Super bowl- which has been happening for years and they’re always backed up. People who come into the store last minute should not be allowed to order if you’re already HOURS backed up on mobile orders. Will not be back.

Super Bowl Sunday 2026 and they have massively overcommitted to what they delivered. My order was supposed to be ready at 4PM…at 4:30, I was told “it’ll be another 30 minutes to an hour”. They apparently have 700 orders at this hour. The best they could do would be 200 per hour.
During this period, they were STILL taking orders at the front. People who took time to order ahead of time were being put behind those who waited until the last minute.
The staging table was in the back so workers were repeatedly shouting out names for people who were outside and couldn’t hear em
This is NOT an issue with the people who work there. This is a problem with management knowingly overcommitting to what they can deliver and providing little/no support to the staff.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
How can I input special instructions into my online order?
We offer the most commonly ordered menu items as options for our online ordering system. If you're craving something special and can't find it online, call your Wingstop directly and they'll get your flavor hooked up.
