- FTFaith TompkinsOct 24, 20251.0Sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes when there was only one other car in line, I only ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a quesadilla, finally got my food and pulled up in a parking spot to eat it and my food was COLD, the cheese wasn’t even melted on either of the items I got, I pulled back through the drive through while it was pouring rain and my toddler in the back seat and sat there another 20 minutes for them to fix it and I gave them the old order back that was cold and they gave me another order and then I drive away with the “warmed up” food and when I opened it, it was STILL WRONG. Not even the right order at that point. Will not be back.

I called and was promised a refund weeks ago by the manager and never received it. Recently I order a smoothie that had chunks of full pieces of ice in it, atleast 6 full pieces of ice, making it impossible to drink through a straw. I had to reblend it at home myself. They are unresponsive and do not care about the service or food they provide. I’m guessing a bad review will make them respond since that’s probably the only thing this place cares about. Just avoid!
