The hole tiem the manager is at the drive through window and keeps looking at me and doesn't come to see if I need help or anything mind you she came to the frount to help someone clock in. Such a great store.

Why do I give this place chances over and over again? What is the point of being excited for an item when it comes out this way? Is it so hard for these employees to add some hot water to the beans and stir them around? This is an honest question, I want to know if that is too difficult. The employees are very nice but my god, if it isn’t this, it’s another thing, the rice is old, the tortillas are stale etc etc.
