- JJjapcar843 days ago1.0Person at window didn't know how to print a receipt and her excuse was "I don't work here". They completely forgot my mild sauce packets that were printed on my receipt. I went to the lobby door and sign said lobby closed for training. There was an employee 2 feet from the door and she wouldn't open it even though I was holding my receipt up in the air. Finally she opened the door and immediately yelled at me to go through the drive through before I could even say a word. She did get my sauce packets eventually. Very rude and not so bright people work here. Avoid this location.

The food’s OK definitely go somewhere else if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food or just Mexican food in general. Services all right atmosphere is all right. It just doesn’t feel pleasant to stop by or eat at. Not a good experience I wouldn’t recommend it.

Well first and last try of Taco Bell and they should really work on their customer service had the tell them twice that they forgot a drink !
