They didn’t even tell me, “Hello, sir, we will be right with you.” Nothing… I come here ever Friday when I need a lunch on the go. The guy who works days isn’t here and he always makes it a point to acknowledge customers. I worked Subway for 10 years and know better than to not acknowledge someone waiting in line. Get it together! I’ll go hungry til another stop now I guess.

This is the only location I have ever experience this at. When I questioned the lead, she said she can let her manager know and that it was supposed to be removed from the menu. Seems to me like a way for the owner to charge double for a sandwich to put some extra change in his/her pocket. I would gladly sit through 5 rounds of stoplights at the Walnut location than ever go back here.
