We try to make substitutions in our order and get told we are not allowed to do that it has to be ordered as is and we would have to order a whole new pizza even though, on the website it specifically says we can substitute. When we ask to speak to the store they block our number and hang up.

I was having a bad day but Melissa was super friendly, nice, and made me laugh. Wings also hit the spot 🎯 the sit down part of the restaurant is the classic Pizza Hut that us 90s kids grew up so the nostalgia is a plus. I will be coming back here when I'm in town.
- MLMtd LoveOct 24, 20252.0Walked in , no one waited on me , they were busy at a drive through so I waited and young girl looked at me said nothing a customer told me I needed to go to the other side to order I said oh ok thank you Well then I told her and she got it no.problem.had to.use the bathroom and man the first stall it was not very clean the toilet had bright yellow pee in it 🤮 & it wouldn't flush so I stuck my hand in the tank and pulled the flapper doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out ( Sure hope this matter gets resolved I'm a paying customer I'm not paid to fix toilets but if I were i.would offer a quote with a figure
