Order the pizza on the 27th waited an hour and a half tried to call and got cut off the three different numbers that I was given was not unable to get the store to answer the phone so I had to come all the way down to pick up my pizza was informed they didn't have any drivers and that Uber eats was supposed to bring it I didn't order through Uber eats I ordered through the Pizza Hut app if that was the case they should have told me. When I got to the store the person I'm assuming was the manager did remake my pizza for me and my wings I had to ask him what he was going to do for me and I had to ask for a dessert to compensate me for the $5 tip I left for a driver that is non-existent. I really enjoy Pizza Hut but if this is the kind of service I'm going to get I will never come to this one again

23 Jan 26, between the hours of 7:15-7:23: Watched an employee guide my pizza with his bare thumb while boxing it. Completely unsanitary and inexcusable. Lost all trust in this place’s food safety practices.

Don’t order from here. There’s a ton of better options elsewhere where in town. It’s always hit or miss with the majority of times being miss. I just ordered, the pizza wasn’t cooked well, cheese smelled horrible, placed looked dirty. But extra dipping sauce and they always forget to add it. Just not worth the headache. The other one in town is even worse. Don’t recommend.

Delivery orders beware this store uses DoorDash for deliveries generally providing a sub optimal service. DoorDash does not deserve more business. If this store is suffering from staffing issues so they don’t have delivery drivers then there’s more problems that need to be addressed.

So sad to have this experience, this is now the second time I have tried this location and the pizza has been inedible. I tried a few months ago and tried it again yesterday. My pizza had a terrible flavor and was raw in the middle and fell apart. I love pizza hut but this location is terrible :(
