  My husband and I loved this place, we would go pretty frequently. After the phone call I just had with what I’m assuming was the manager, I’m good. My husband ordered food for dinner one day this week and when he went to pick it up the staff told them they were closing early because they were slow and canceled our order. One of the staff wrote down a note that we could get a free pizza for the inconvenience. The purpose of my call was to get said pizza. The girl I spoke to first was very nice and willing to look into it. I was placed on hold and then the manager picks up and asks how he can help. I told him the situation and he goes “well I can’t do much with a piece of paper with no manager signature” and he asked what day the order was placed. I couldn’t remember (not something a simple text to my husband couldn’t fix) then he says “and you don’t even remember what day it was and expect me to give out free food.” He had a stank attitude like I’m trying to play some game to get free food. I say this from the bottom of my heart as someone who was in the service industry, you need to tighten up on your customer service skills slim. If you are the owner that I spoke with and not a manager and come on my review trying to justify how you acted on the phone, save it.

  While their pizza might be good, don’t order from a delivery service. They will push your order back and you will wait a long time . Drivers will cancel because they don’t want to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to make the food that was ordered 30 minutes prior.

  great food and big portions! we got the mega mozz sticks and xl buffalo + bbq tenders. a bit pricey, but worth checking out.
