- ESEmily Sullivan2 days ago1.0The girl at the first window 12/11/26 around late 6 early 7 charged my card for the wrong order(no big deal) but she acted like it was my fault and was clearly annoyed but that’s fine . I wait for the manager to fix the issue he does so. He then proceeded to charge my card not once not twice but three times. I have it to where my card gets used I automatically get an alert for it. He claimed it got declined but I was showing him and telling him to stop charging my card that it’s not declining and show him the three separate charges for 37-40 bucks. At this point I’m annoyed and I just want the food. We finally get our food right … just to be missing a whole meal and my meal itself is completely wrong I’m allergic to mayonnaise and was told everything was right. Long story short had to throw it all away and now we’re getting in&out, I’ll have to call my bank and get rid of all charges.. will never order from here again.

Nothing complicated they visit can’t ever get every single item into the bag. Always at least missing dipping sauces & I have to correct them. No one is ever very friendly either

A partial refund, a free food item, a coupon? Or maybe, like, an apology at least? That would be crazy, eh?

I always pay using the McDonald's app, but they said they where having issues with their online ordering so I had to pay with my physical card. Next day I get a charge from this McDonald's while I'm at work in Austin! I always use mobile pay at every store I go to, so there is no doubt in my mind that they stole my card info the day I paid with my physical card here.
