I went to pick up some breakfast and realized I didn't get my card back, no big deal I called and they said they had it. Went back and the lady at the counter handed me a card that wasn't mine, when I explained this to her she then proceeded to hand me another card and again, it wasn't mine. A gentleman there stated he reviewed camera and claimed I put my card in the bag (it wasn't). We went back and forth as I attempted to explain that it was not in the bag. For a minute there I really started thinking it was an error on my part. I left only to get a phone call 30 minutes later stating they had the card, apparently they returned my card to another guest. So not only did they try to give me someone else's card TWICE but they gave my card to another person altogether (clearly a pattern) and proceeded to lie to me and told me that I had put the card in the bag and that it was verified via camera. WILD.
