My advice is to pay the same price for a higher quality chicken sandwich that’s THREE times bigger at Chic-fil-A right down the street. Don’t give McDonald’s your money. It’s not worth it.

If you don’t like dealing with the public, then find a job where you don’t have to work around other people. When someone pulls up or walks in and speaks to you politely, you don’t get to throw an attitude back at them like they’re your trashcan or the person you’re mad at. I’m not the one. Second, I don’t know when the last time was that you cleaned the filters for your drinks, but they taste straight-up like dirt. That’s disgusting, and I’ll be calling OSHA about it. Here’s the bottom line: • Fix your customer service and teach your employees respect. • Stop hiring kids who don’t care about the job. • Clean your equipment, because serving dirty drinks is unacceptable. This is exactly why you keep getting bad reviews — because you treat customers like garbage and don’t keep things clean.
