Came in tonight to get my tea that I always pre ordered and the on the app. Went inside to get and they told me that it wasn’t ready and I couldn’t get it tonight but he could get it for me next week. I said I need that tea tonight. I placed the order over 3 hours ago. He said I could not have it tonight. Not the first time this has happened to me. So I left with no tea and he cancelled the order and I won’t get my money back again because it went through the app. Also they have asked me to check all the tea before I leave because they mess it up all the time. Asked for the manager’s number and owners number. They refuse to give it to me. I fill out reviews on the HTeaO app all the time and no one ever calls me or gets back to me. I left crying tonight.

The menu clearly advertised two gallons of iced tea for $10, and we ordered specifically based on that promotion. The employee taking the order did not mention that the promotion was no longer valid or correct us in any way. When we reached the window, the total was higher than expected. Only then were we told that it had been a Thanksgiving promotion and was no longer running. The sign, however, was still posted. We asked if they could honor the price since the promotion was still advertised and we ordered accordingly, but after checking with the manager, they refused. This could have been easily avoided by removing the sign or clearly communicating at the time of ordering. Instead, we were left feeling misled and dismissed. Until signage matches pricing and customer concerns are handled better, I wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
