- SMStormy MagieraDec 30, 20252.0Inside is crazy. Parkinglot is crazy. Now Curbside Pick-up is crazy. Last 3 Curbside Orders were wrong. It's a big hassle to call and report items you didn't buy, items you bought but weren't included, and substitutions when clearly marked no substitutions. By the time you get everything sorted, it's not worth the trip to go back up and get what was left out or get the correct substitution. If Curbside fails, HEB should deliver missing or correct substitutions for free.

Through numerous encounters over time, I've always found him to be extremely pleasant, professional, and positively engaging. His dedication to creating an atmosphere where every single customer feels important by his is just one example of how much effort he puts into his job. It's gotten to the point where he even recognizes me! His level of attention to detail is second to none. Often times, she helps customers before they even need to ask. Yesterday, (December 24) I visited the self checkout flex and saw that he was cleaning yet he still stopped what he was doing to talk to me. he asked me how I was doing, if I needed help with anything, and actually helped me find something I was looking for. He truly is always going above and beyond. I have an H-E-B closer to my house, but I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to go to this store due to employees like Ritchie that continually provide such excellent service. Way to go nb3 I'm not the type to leave a review but y'all are doing amazing job with your employees. I cannot recommend this store enough!!!
- SGsandi grantDec 25, 20251.0How do sell something and NOT put on directions? Couldn't buy Peperidge farms or Mrs. Cubbersons stuffing mix at HEB had to buy the store brand. Nothing on or in the package of how to prepare or cook it. Their slogan of "Here everything is better" it's not it's very disappointing. But they have a monopoly. Oh how I miss Kroger, Safeway and Albertsons at least I had choices, And they carry the products I want to buy but not in South Central Texas.

Said someone must have taken them! Do they not think to put a note on them saving for a customer pick up?!? Very frustrating situation! I went out of my way to get over to this HEB!
