Customer service is awful and they do not care about the customers here. Worst Management I have ever came across... I will never shop at this HEB again. Why spend tons of money into a store that just doesn't care to even provide decent customer service...

Here Everyone Belongs" slogan. It sounds like a case of blatant hypocrisy.
From what I was told, a customer was shopping while wearing a shirt featuring a Bible verse from Revelation 3:9 and an image tied to historical commentary. Not—just their personal expression of faith and perspective. Apparently, that was too much for the store’s managers. They didn’t confront the customer directly; instead, they acted like rats, sneaking to the back, whispering, and following him around ,they even found were he worked and got him terminated That kind of underhanded treatment is embarrassing and harassing and unfair for anyone just trying to buy groceries.
Here’s where it gets frustrating: H-E-B proudly displays BLM merchandise, rainbow flags for Pride, and trans/LGBTQ+ promotions all over the place. Those displays can be offensive to plenty of shoppers—people with traditional values, families, or those who just don’t align with the politics. Yet those are not only allowed but celebrated? It’s a clear double standard. If a Bible verse and a historical image get harassed but other controversial messages get a free pass, then H-E-B is picking sides while pretending to be inclusive.

Employee was extremely rude for no reason . I believe her name was peace . There was no one available to bag the groceries so the kids decided to be helpful and start bagging them up . Suddenly employee shows up to help. My daughter at the time was double bagging a glass jar so it wouldn’t break . The employee grabbed the bag out of her hand and took the jar out of the bags while shaking her head .. while this was happening my son had a pack of plates he was putting in the cart and she snatched those out of his hand .. I understand her wanting to bag the stuff up herself because she may have her way of doing things . However , snatching things out of hands and unbagging already bagged items … I didn’t understand that ..
