Narrow aisles and quick checkouts, and having this store within walking distance makes this the popular location in town.

Terri, one of the cashiers Scan the wrong item I clearly had a thing separating my food from the previous customers, and she decided to scan An item of mine ( no biggie just an accident, right) She said it down back on the conveyor belt I put i Back behind the things separating my groceries from the previous customers, she snatches it out of my hand and rudely states” I gotta void it!” She made a mistake and she was clearly upset about it and that’s fine. There is no need to take it out on any customer. I’ve never been rude to anybody. I’d like to give people great customer service as I work in the customer service industry. She clearly hates her job and that’s unfortunate. You don’t know what people are going through that day and you just decide to be terrible because you weren’t in a bad mood? That’s a terrible way to go about life. Let me mention it again I’ve never had a problem at any H-E-B or anywhere in my life unless The associate is extremely rude like that. As I was backing up the groceries, I simply just asked her to speak to the manager. She started arguing With me for the reason of stating that why she did what she did, I threw my hands up and I said I just want to speak with the manager. I was able to speak with the manager. They handled it. Professionally said they would review the cameras and thank God that they will that was so uncalled for I was completely thrown back.
