I ordered a drink and 6 donuts. Sealynn asked which donuts I would like, so I said to pick whatever she wants. She then told me to pull up. When I got to the window I had the joyous (sarcasm noted) privilege of encountering Fran. She stuck her hand out the window with a non-descript, small bag in it. I asked what it was and she said "Your donut". I advised that I ordered 6 donuts. Fran sneered and said "She only charged you for one donut". Within moments Fran shoved a box of donuts toward me and said (to Sealynn) "Maybe if she'd speak up you could have heard her." Well, Fran, have the day you deserve.
