  I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and I have let it go when order is wrong first few times, but now it's consistent. I'm not sure if it's bad management or lack of employee care but believe that goes back on management. This time was extremely frustrating. Ordered the heart tin munchins a day before so I could make sure to get one paid the $18 for the tin and what did they give the dasher a box of regular munchins. I want to be refunded for the extra and my service fees that is not an ok substitution it's borderline theft taking money for better item and giving one of less value. Also ordered last night and dasher still had to wait a long time because order wasn't ready. I have experienced this in person too.

  Dunkin’ has always been my go-to! I love that they have other options than just doughnuts and coffee, this morning I stopped by to get my normal order of a refresher and some doughnuts for the kids and noticed when I paid, that the drivethru worker chose the tip before I paid and never gave a receipt. This is the second time I noticed this. I love great service and will reward it every time. But when the option is chosen for me that is unacceptable. When I asked for the receipt the employee was apprehensive. Upon review I noticed the max tip was chosen. I spoke to the manager/lead on duty and rather than being empathetic they bypassed my concern offered to refund and reprocess the order. There was no apology, no reassurance, nothing. I chose to leave it as is, but told them this needs to be addressed through training and will not happen again. Be better. Work for your tips don’t steal them.

  I mean, you can’t go wrong with a doughnut that’s covered in sugar so it still tastes OK but the service and then ordering online and then a mixup where they didn’t find the order that was ordered there, but the receipt showed it was there and the manager wasn’t willing to accommodate or questioning it further, even though it clearly showed the order was placed online there, and the order was not ready, and I had to be at a place to deliver them for my kids at school at a certain time really just made my day. I already gave them several chances and now I’m just going to have to just find some other donut place that can consistently give me good service.

  I would just skip this store all together. Go to starbucks or the dunkin by creekside. Got a small hot peppermint mocha. My cup is half full including the whipped cream... so you know way less coffee. It wouldnt let me post my pic. This is my second bad experience. First time I go in and order we are waiting for our food and they didnt give me half of it. I made 2 trips back in and then got told they were out of some stuff I ordered but instead of refunding it or offering something else they were just going to charge me the full amount.
