It was slow too so I’d expected fresh hot food but no .. everything was cold and OLD !! it shouldn’t be like that server was Cool .. I will be calling guest services because I’m just as disappointed Buffalo Wild Wings is out favorite wing place . And it’s just so disappointing . I asked for the manger too but took 23 mins so we just left .

Waited for and hour and a half when I asked where my food was to be told my food was "stolen" and would be put in as a priority. Meanwhile, I overheard the Manager talking to the employees about customers being upset that there orders weren't ready. The Manager never talked to any customers about the issue or why the orders weren't ready. He should be FIRED immediately for talking about customers not 3 feet from where we were sitting. BWW should've known they couldn't accommodate the amount of orders taken and put a cap on the pre-orders. BiG FAIL by BWW today!

Half of the staff is sitting at a table eating, drinking and cutting up while the customers wait almost an hour for their food. Food was good aside from being cold. Only recommend coming here if you have time to spare waiting to be served.

They will tell you to complain on their website so reviews like this get "swept under". When you review on the website you get No compensation. No refunds. This company is falling apart.
