  Yay I actually got the correct thing I ordered…just to realize this is the apple fritter. Dry and crispy with the smallest amount of icing. Giving 2 stars because my croissant was actually the correct one I ordered and tasted okay. Getting the wrong order multiple times in the past and now this. Definitely done going to this location.

  Dunkin’ Donuts was so generous to my class this week! This location donated two dozen donuts for my class to enjoy after working on a multiplication review. They even let me pick the note that’s being donated Of course I ordered the really fun, Sprinkle donuts, cause what kid doesn’t want that?! I just want to say thank you to this location for helping me. Give my kids something sweet after working hard. 🩵. I will continue to visit this location as a service is always impeccable

  Made everything completely wrong . Ordered 2 large ice macchiatos , with an extra shot and 10 caramel swirl , as well as a toasted croissant with two eggs and two slices of cheese . We were given the two macchiatos with 4 caramel swirls .. and an untoasted English muffin ? With one egg and two slices of cheese ? This was like 30 $ and couldn’t even be made correctly …. Not hard to follow directions and do your job.

  I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and I have let it go when order is wrong first few times, but now it's consistent. I'm not sure if it's bad management or lack of employee care but believe that goes back on management. This time was extremely frustrating. Ordered the heart tin munchins a day before so I could make sure to get one paid the $18 for the tin and what did they give the dasher a box of regular munchins. I want to be refunded for the extra and my service fees that is not an ok substitution it's borderline theft taking money for better item and giving one of less value. Also ordered last night and dasher still had to wait a long time because order wasn't ready. I have experienced this in person too.

  Dunkin’ has always been my go-to! I love that they have other options than just doughnuts and coffee, this morning I stopped by to get my normal order of a refresher and some doughnuts for the kids and noticed when I paid, that the drivethru worker chose the tip before I paid and never gave a receipt. This is the second time I noticed this. I love great service and will reward it every time. But when the option is chosen for me that is unacceptable. When I asked for the receipt the employee was apprehensive. Upon review I noticed the max tip was chosen. I spoke to the manager/lead on duty and rather than being empathetic they bypassed my concern offered to refund and reprocess the order. There was no apology, no reassurance, nothing. I chose to leave it as is, but told them this needs to be addressed through training and will not happen again. Be better. Work for your tips don’t steal them.
