  I order catering yesterday food was good. However Mac and cheese was dry and little over cook. I am not sure if Mac and cheese was a rush but for the amount of money you pay for catering it should be good. Ryan the delivery guy was super nice.

  This location really needs to do better. It was about 52°, raining, and windy, and employees were still outside with little to no protection. Other Chick-fil-A locations have tents, heaters, or wind barriers this one has nothing. It’s not right to have people working in those conditions. Management needs to step up and take care of their staff.

  Worst experience Iv ever received at any chicfila. I was not able to find parking but the lobby was empty, don’t understand how they happens. I had issues with my order and the people in the front were not even trying to help me get it resolved. I ended up leaving and going to another Chicfila. Staff needs to do better with customer experience.

  EVERY single time i place a delivery order Something is ALWAYS Missing. Either my nuggets, my sauces, wrong order or drink. For the price you are charging for delivery and a stupid “small fee” on $60.89 order and ask for a tip DO BETTER! And answer the freaking phone! NO ONE in the store or even drivers answer! Terrible lack of training an management.

  Went during busy hours. Ordered carryout since drive thru is always crazy. Drove two times waiting for parking and couldn’t find any. Lobby didn’t seem busy I’m assuming most of the employees park close which end up leaving customers without a spot. I decided to go thru the drive thru since the app told me my order was ready i figured they would understand. When the lady helps me, she didn’t really care to ask anything about my order. She called it inside to see if they had the order and immediately she said they didn’t have it. She didn’t really confirm if i was at the right location. All she told me is that they didn’t see if so i would have to pick up the order inside, usually people ask me to show them the order on my phone. The lady’s didn’t seem to care. I let her know i couldn’t go inside since i didn’t have a place to park and she instructed me to park in another business and walk over here. I drove off. Still being stuck at their drive thru since i couldn’t get out, i decided to park my car in the middle of the line and go get my food. Sure enough it there ready for me to pick up. Not too sure how much effort was put into looking for my order. If picking up my order via drive thru was simply not an option, i would appreciate if that was just addressed from the beginning.
