It appeared the owner was holding a staff meeting during business hours. We waited about 10 minutes past the stated end time of the meeting, but they were still going. It was disappointing, especially on a busy evening when customers are likely to stop by. It might be worth scheduling meetings outside of business hours…

On one hand, the location itself is great and the people working here are absolutely fabulous—lovely, friendly, and very helpful. However, the food quality really needs to catch up to the service if they want to stay competitive. We came in for donuts and breakfast, and unfortunately, it wasn't top-notch. The breakfast croissant was a major disappointment; it felt cheap and was clearly a frozen item that had been microwaved, leaving it with a poor texture. My grandbaby wouldn't even finish her donut holes, which is rare! They have a lot of other items on the menu like the Banana Dulce de Leche ice cream and their classic Cappuccino Blast, which are usually safer bets. They also offer Vintage Heart Cakes and custom scoops like Jamoca Almond Fudge, but when it comes to the bakery and breakfast side, the quality just isn't there yet. I’d love to see them use better ingredients because the staff truly deserves a product they can be proud of!"

No inventory=NO SALES.

When I suggested scanning the QR code myself, the woman, Lexie, went insane. Screaming, cussing, ordering me out of the store, threatening me should I refuse to leave. Perhaps I scanned the "free customer abuse" deal instead of the "free beverage." Absolutely horrible experience and shocked that people that mentally ill are working directly with the public.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Given the likelihood of cross-contact in our restaurants, this list is not suitable for people with Celiac Disease, a heightened gluten sensitivity or a wheat allergy.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
