We came here to celebrate after a baseball game, we arrived at 9:30 knowing they close at 10. We had kids with us that needed to use the restroom and when we requested to use the restroom they advised us that they manager said they were closed for the night. I questioned it because there were several other cars there and the drive thru was full and they didn't close for 30 more minutes. The girl just laughed and said "I'm not sure why, that's what the manager said". The "manager" never came out to speak with anyone and there were several people needing to use the restroom.
This is incredibly frustrating when visiting an establishment and trying to support a local business. There are a bunch of young kids running this place and I understand everyone wants to get out of there right at 10pm, however this is a business and they should have the amenities open until it closes and then clean the bathroom.

They close the bathroom thirty minutes before closing even though they are still serving outside guests and drive through and parking quest.

Sonic in Needville used to be really good but now I when I order online they either put my food to the side and forget it or just don't pull the tickets. Two weeks ago I ordered on line and sat for 15 min watching people who arrived after me get their food and all I ordered was a sweet tea. I had to flag a girl down just to get my order. Today I ordered online and sat for 7 minutes when I decided to call ..well they had my order ready but forgot about it. My ice cream was melting.

So went today and spent $46.94 for meal. Got the new fish sandwich. Went home started eating fish was bad. Went back to exchange the sandwich. Manager told me I would have to pay for new sandwich . He said I serve fish sandwiches all the time what is wrong. Again I stated multiple times it is bad and tastes bad.He told me I needed to pay for a new sandwich I said no this is a bad sandwich that will make me ill and started get upset he stated here take the cheeseburger. I took back my fish sandwich and will never go back. When a customer states the food tastes bad and will make them sick…Listen. I will be calling health department on Monday. Serving food to people is serious business.Someone needs retraining! Is his food manager certificate updated???
