  If I could give thos store a zero I would. The unpleasant food being served is on repeat. And this been going on for months. I simply decided that I'll just get coffee because never had I thought that a person can mess up on making coffee. I brought a large coffee then poured it into my personal mug just to see a bunch of coffee grinds in my coffee. GET A.I. to replace these lazy non having integrity humans. ASAP. Oh and they are not giving the receipt for the customer paid service so that we won't call in the number for complaints. NOT THE STORE NUMBER BUT CORPORATE. THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE GIVING POOR SERVICE.

  McRib was dry nearly had BBQ sauce. Fries had no salt. Asked for coke gave me diet coke which I don't like the taste at all!! Wait was long even when ordered thru app. Asked curbside had to go inside to get my order.

  If you wanna wait forever go head and go here wait time after 5 is always 20 plus min do better McDonalds

  Every single time I come here the employees have the most entitled attitude. They sigh when they have to do their job and take your order, they slur their speech like they can’t even bother to speak coherently, and they make horrible faces when servicing you. I know this is only a McDonald’s but is it wrong to expect some professionalism? Also the food is always cold. The fries are always old and soggy. The meat is always dry as if it’s been sitting out. So many people work late shifts here because of the refineries and expect food that is actually edible.

  Someone needs to seriously come look at restaurant. Don’t come here if you want fast food because I literally spent 35 minutes sitting here waiting to get my food. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and watch five cars pass me. This McDonald’s is a disgrace! I highly recommend going elsewhere. They never have there crap together!
