  My family and I always come to McDonald's when we want something quick and easy to get. For a while now it's been a rollercoaster with getting our order correct or items missing, even having food that's edible when we get home which is less than 5 minutes away. Our fries are always ice cold when getting home and they never really have the quality like you expect to get. Now I'm not asking for a coupon or anything of that sorts. Just give my honest thoughts and what we experience for some time now. There's only a few people there that really do try to make sure orders are correct, warm, and present timely once ordered. One of their names is Maria, and one other he is amazing when they see us come in. But overall I just don't know what to expect when we go to order. Now I'm not saying it should 100 percent perfect by all means I just wish that whoever is going to work in a fast restaurant give their heart to it and treat it like it was their own family ordering and expecting a good meal. Overall McDonald's Navasota location has been trying to get it together and my family and I will continue to go there as we travel to and from work during the week.

  Put in an order on the app, order went through then when I went to go pick it up they lied saying the app was down… how was it down if I was able to order it? Doesn’t make any sense, it’s fine to last my business for good

  The Navasota location has some of the NICEST, SWEETEST, MOST PLEASANT and WELL-MANNERED employees, yet some of the worst service, unfortunately. My orders are ALWAYS wrong! I actually go thru the drive-thru a minimum of 3 times a week. (I should have stock in McDonald's lol.) Ms. Sharon was a 100% ABSOLUTE JOY to see and to hear at the window and at the drive-thru order box. She was, as well, a fantastic influence on the younger people there. There are a multitude of awesome employees that have been there a very long time and I'm super glad. Sorry, I do not know their names.) But I just DON'T understand why my orders are ALWAYS wrong and usually sloppy. But, I don't have a lot of options on the way home from work and my family loves the food so I will continue to go there. I don't know what happened to Ms. Sharon, but BRING HER BACK! 😉 She is a ray of sunshine!!!! God bless her! She is going to be a model employee zbd an asset wherever she is or goes!!!
