I looked at the menu and called and placed an order and was told I could not have the order I was asking for. She told me I could only have 3 options and I then asked if I could have a substitute as a side and offered to pay extra for it and again very rude she replied no you can not have that. I told you what u could get. Then before I could say anything she said have a nice day as she was I guess going to hang up. I informed her how rude she was and told her I hoped she was not rude like that with other customers. I then decided I would take my business elsewhere and that’s what I did. Very poor customer service

Box deal was not in a box so the pasta was on top of the pizzas. When I got handed my drinks what do you think happened. Yes, the pasta slid right off the pizza box. No assistance was given to help so I cleaned it up off their floor. Then I was told that the manager said that they were not going to replace it. To top it off they do not have Parmesan cheese nor crushed red peppers to go. I should have gotten pizza hut in College Station and driven down. Don’t waste your hard earned money or precious time.
