  Drive through needs updating . Customer service hit or miss. Twice my food was missing in my order or was given a cold hamburger with no one inline. 5+ other fast food joints with drive thru's, you'd think they would up their customer service & have better quality. I go on my lunch break & have had to circle back for refunds 2 X.

  Placed a mobile order for pick up. I was given a time of when my order would be ready. When I got there the order wasn’t ready. I waited an extra five minutes for it. If that wasn’t bad enough I asked for extra tomatoes and did not get them and the bacon was burned.

  I stopped by this Dairy Queen after visiting a nearby state park in Washington, and it was a wonderful experience. Rebekah provided outstanding service and made me feel very welcome. The steak finger basket was delicious, and everything about the visit was spot on. I truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to stopping by again the next time I pass through your charming town. Thank you for the smiles and yummy food! 5 Stars! *****

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mason Made Our Family Night Special! We hit the drive-thru at Dairy Queen tonight and Mason completely made our evening. He was super friendly, energetic, and took time to get our orders just right — perfect soft-serve ice cream cones and delicious sundaes for the whole family. Even through the drive-thru speaker, his great attitude and kindness came through loud and clear. The treats were fresh, generously portioned, and exactly what we needed to turn an ordinary night into a happy family memory. Mason, you’re a star! Thank you for the fantastic service. We’ll definitely be back soon. 🍦❤️

  Quite a busy place food came out nice and hot got the dog a kid ice cream all went well will go back again
