She was incredibly nice and friendly from the moment I walked up. Even though they had just run out of steak for my order, Susana handled it with such a great attitude—it didn’t even feel like an inconvenience. She went above and beyond by offering me a free drink when I come back to pick up my sandwich. Her kindness and professionalism truly made my day. You don’t always get that kind of service, and it definitely deserves a shout-out. I’ll absolutely be back! Thank you, Susana! 🙌🥪💛
