The food at this little restaurant I was hoping to better than it was, however, the barbeque was very dry. It's no wonder they have to drown the meats in salt and pepper and you have to use barbeque sauce to make the dryness go away.
Now for where I am going to be quite blunt: 3.5 percent surcharge for credit cards is astronomical. There are better ways to do it than to add the charge to the credit card. Maybe instead you increase the prices across the board and let it factor in the card charge. Also, this business of being short staffed and all that nonsense is just that..NONSENSE! You can't be blaming something from 6 years ago for your lack of knowing how to run a business. Too many businesses are running under this umbrella and many of those are finding that they are losing serious business because the places that have figured it out are taking them to task. I hope the best for this restaurant and hope that you can find ways to better the business. Because unfortunately if you continue on this path you won't last.

The most underrated place in Nacogdoches. They definitely need more customers given how good their food is.
