  I can go anywhere else and order a milkshake & it's great. But order a milkshake from Sonic & they'll always add food to it. Who put food in a milkshske?!

  Ive been waiting to make this post for a while. A few months back, maybe 3-4 months my husband brought me a cheeseburger meal from Sonic on North St. I was looking forward to it bc of had been a while since I had eaten fast food. Ummm, turns out this cheeseburger was horrible. It was cold to the touch, both buns were hard, the meat was very thin and burnt to a crisp on the edges. The veggies were old looking and was just disgusting. I've never had a bad meal at a Sonic before. I refrained from eating Sonic for a long time especially the North St location. Like I said earlier it has been about 3-4 months since I've eaten a meal from there. Unfortunately, the experience was not the up to par. Had to wait a longer than normal time to get our food. We originally thought our order was messed up so we knew smthg was going on. My super Sonic double cheeseburger was cold, both buns were harder than should be, the meat was thin, again, and edges burnt. The burger was very dry, hardly any mayo when I asked for extra mayo. No mustard, no ketchup, I asked for easy veggies and got very little of anything. So, do not stop at this Sonic and expect the best or even good service. It's not gonna happen. I will not order from this establishment again.

  Aliyah and Joshua are a ray of sunshine up there and always get my order perfect every time and they make me keep coming to this sonic every time!

  I have been getting breakfast at Sonic for many years. Always order save burrito meal. One morning in February 2026 i ask the very unpleasant young lady serving me for 1 extra packet of sausa, and her reply was i will have to charge you. Now when my bill is say $9.87 she never gives me back change and that ok with me , but when i ask for 1 extra packet she wants to charge me. I now het the burrito from Chick fil a every morning.
