  It's bad when a former employee has to say this, but night shift is horrible. How is it that all in one order, they forget one drink, the other drink is wrong and somehow forget the BUN on our burger??? What is night crew doing in there?!? They need to focus up. Forgetting a bun on a burger in a burger joint is ridiculous!

  The ice cream machine NEVER WORKS, It’s always a different excuse, we don’t have mix right now, it’s being cleaned, literally every time I come for ice cream it’s always something, just take it off the menu at this point.

  I, ordered an online hamburger and a spicy mchicken and when I got to the window they couldn't find my order in the system, I asked to talk to a manager, and Evelyn' with dyed pinkish red hair came to window and claimed to be the manager and told me there wasn't anything she could do. I made a loop around and asked for anther manager who's name is David and he apologized to me and explained that Evelyn was not a manager and he made everything right with me.. Night shift was very professional and I thank you for the prompt services!
