  Called location in nacogdoches. Can yall please get someone that’s speaks English to answer the phone. Tried ordering pizza an he couldn’t understand English!

  My most recent visit was definitely something to write about. I placed an order for pickup via phone which was taken by a call center rep. There was an issue processing my payment so I told the rep don't worry about it & that I would pay at the store & hung up. When I arrived for my order, the young lady (who appeared to be alone) advised me there was no order for me. I was perturbed to say the least as I was on my lunch break and didn't have but 15min remaining. She apologized for the call center mishap & offered to make my order right then, saying it would only take about 8min. I was reluctant but decided I would take the gamble. Well, LILLIAN not only met my expectations, she exceeded them. My pizzas were not only hot, fresh & correctly made, she met the provided time frame. Lillian was courteous, accommodating & problem solver. She turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into something that made my day.

  Do not purchase from here they slap the pizzas in a box and it be foloded up not cut even some pieces be thin the sauce taste old the bRead is very gummy and the manager is very rude when you call to fix the problem so no I don’t recommend papa John’s they suck

  Always the friendliest of staff but to be brutally honest to the point the counters could get a few more wipes but the pizza one of the top as well as service you treat them right they treat you right
