  Went to Sonic Drive-In in Murphy and had a terrible experience. Waited over 30-40minutes for my food, only to find out they had it sitting there the whole time and never brought it out. On top of that, the place was dirty—there was bird poop everywhere. Completely unacceptable

  I was charged twice for an order ($22.31) on March 29th. I returned to the store the following day and they refused to refund it even after me showing proof on my bank account that it was a duplicate charge. They told me I had to go through the corporate number. I have called the corporate number FOUR times with no follow up to it being resolved. They take the same notes and tell me that someone will be calling me back to resolve it and that has not happened. On my third phone call with them, they told me the store location would need to refund me my money and that the manager would be reaching out to fix it. I’ve never heard from them. In two days, this will be THREE WEEKS ago that this happened and NO ONE has reached out to make it right. It is UNACCEPTABLE and completely ridiculous. I will NEVER return to this location.

  They do everything you expect a sonic to do, but they are famous in the area for being slow. It will take twice as long as any other location. It'd be faster to drive to another sonic.
