  Esperanza at the window was extremely rude. She asked if I had a mobile order when I pulled up, which I didn't and I let her know what I had ordered. She rolled her eyes as if it's my fault, it isn't like they direct you who to go behind in the line, and the car at the other box had let me go first. Then upon handing my change, she dropped part of it the ground and didn't apologize or anything, just slammed the window shut. Extremely unprofessional customer service, this is actually the worst McDonalds in the area, as this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with a worker.

  Terrible franchise owner. Charging for one BBQ sauce when I'm ordering a burger and fries. That should not happen. Cheap owner, eventually he'll charge for ketchup on a burger.

  literally every time I go they never fill my fries ??? like why am i paying extra for nothing

  I know sometimes you have to wait in line at fast food places, but I've never had to wait so long that I turned off my engine. I would have left, but I paid with the app, so I had to wait for my order. I will not use an app here anymore.
